About Us

With a vision of binging peace and betterment in the society, Yog Parampa was established, back in 2019 by our founder, Mr. Mayank Chawra. With his love for Yoga and an aim to bring wellness to every household, he came up with the idea of making Yoga a daily dose in every household.

Yog Parampara has successfully looked through the reasons of why people haven’t been able to stick to Yoga as a habit and has it solved in the most beautiful manner through our Yoga sessions and programs. Our objective is quite simple: Make Yoga available in every household at the user’s own convenience.

About the Founder

Founded with a vision of bringing Yoga to the mass in the most convenient and easy manner, Mr. Mayank Chawra aims to bring the much-required direction of health, wellness and peace in the society through his online Yoga programs. Former IT professional with 11 years of experience at IBM, Dell, HCL and Concentrix, he is professionally trained and certified under Quality council of India, Ayush ministry of India, Sri Sri school of Yoga and Yoga Alliance, USA. With a Post-Graduation Diploma in Therepeutic Yoga (PGDTY), he wishes to free the society from stress, mental imbalances and other health issues that can be easily healed by regular Yoga Practice.

He understood the barriers that stand between regularity in Yoga and us, and decided to work through the barriers to give our society the much-required turn towards the path of health and wellness. He is a B.A (Geography, History, Economics and Eng. Lit.) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solution Expert) and yet, he chose the field of serving mankind through this beautiful art form of Yoga. He believes in bringing health to the world diminishing all barriers through his online sessions and programs in Yoga.
